• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days (Pan India)
• Express Delivery (Optional): 2–4 working days (at additional cost, available for selected PIN codes)
• Tracking details are shared within 24 hours of dispatch.

Every order is shipped using your branded packaging materials including:

📍 Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across all serviceable PIN codes in India through our trusted courier partners.
• Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

📦 Shipping Charges

• Dropshipping orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight & delivery location. Final cost is shared before dispatch.
• Branded Starter Kits: Free shipping included in your plan.

🔁 Return-to-Origin (RTO) & Non-Delivery

• In case of RTO due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, we will notify you.
• RTO charges will be borne by the seller/member.
